PAYING BY CHEQUE

Payment per cheque will be validated when editing the bill, i.e. when you arrive. If your cheque has been sent to the indicated address, don’t worry, be happy !

ROOMS AND MEALS

If you did not write to us regarding rooms and luncheons... We are sorry but wehave no more rooms available except those still free (have a look in line).

On the site, you will find some hotels and camping

Regarding meals, a lot of fast-foods around 100 / 200 meters far away fromp the University.

If you are an intervener and have no hosting, please let us know and precise date and thema of your conference at : info (AT) rmll.info

If your arrival and or departure are modified, do not forget to cancel ! It will benefit to other people

ARRIVAL AND ON DUTY WELCOME

The CROUS has no guardian, so we are in charge of your keys. You can get it à the welcome stand between 9 am and 6 pm.

Between 7 pm and 9 pm, some members of the organisation at "La Taverne de l’Irlandais" at the arrival door fo the train station of NANCY by place Thiers. When you look in direction of the place, the Taverne is at the angle of the place, on the right (70 meters from train station).

Should you not be able to arrive between 9 am and 9 pm, thanks to let us know. A phone number will be given to you so that you can join us to welcome you.
