In France today (but this problem is not only a French one) most of the computer are sold bundled with software. While this can be an advantage for some people who uses these software (and don’t have paid it already), other people have to pay for software they won’t use or won’t need (people using other software, or people who already got their licenses, etc). Furthermore, this situation is illegal regarding to French law.

The target public is the French one but the lecture will be given in French or English according to the audience.
