Abstract : Open mobile IS is an open source project that aims to provide all the necessary tools, API, and documents which enable effective nomad applications development. After a short presentation of the framework, I will explain step by step how to develop a real mobile application that works on PC, PDA. This application will show the main components and how they are used.

Speaker : Philippe Delrieu is working on enterprise Internet and Java application since 10 years. Since last 5 years he developped more specialy entreprise mobile application. he started to develop the Open Mobile Is Framework since 3 years and he is now the projet leader and main contributor.
