Morten will give us an introduction about what are the new basic tools used to write the future LaTeX 3 kernel. Those new programming tools, far from the old \newcommand provides very powerfull ways to define new commands, like one whose n-th argument is the name of a macro which have to be develop (like via \@nameuse) before to be used as #n in the macro.

This lecture is target to skilled TeX macro-coders who did already spend lot of time writing such macros, and who will be heavy users of such tools.
